If not fully satisfied with the result of your color or cutting service, you may call the salon (not the stylist) to express your concerns within 3 business days of the original date of service and we will be more than happy to adjust your hair. Please notify us as soon as possible after your visit if you desire an adjustment so that we may promptly schedule your return visit to us within 7 days. The adjustment policy does not cover a change in style or color from the original appointment. The full-service price will apply if you have waited more than 3 days to call or if you desire additional services apart from your original service. Additional services must be paid at the time of the adjustment appointment. All guarantees will be determined by salon management (not stylists) and services are to be carried out by the original stylist whenever possible.
All adjustment requests will be under the discretion of management approval. Because “Beauty is in the Eye of the Beholder”, and hairdressing is essentially an art form (and not the sale of a commodity), a certain degree of opinion and subjectivity is always involved in the process. As a result, aside from our willingness to perform an adjustment within a 7-day window, no monetary refunds for any hair services will be available for services rendered. No Exceptions.
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give us a minimum of a 48-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 48-hour notice will be charged 50% of appointment total. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice or no shows will be charged 100% of appointment total. Cancellation notices must be given earlier for some services such as for Bridal Packages or Extension Services.
Certain service appointments may require a deposit to complete the booking. Any deposits paid will be applied to the cancellation fee, if applicable.
Cash or any debit or credit cards are accepted. We do not accept checks.
Boutique Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase for store credit. Personal Care Products are final sale.
In order to offer a relaxing environment and for the safety of all of our guests, we ask that you arrange for childcare prior to your visit.
We know life happens – snow days, sick days, school vacations, feeding times for infants, etc. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your appointments or break them up over different days if the need arises. Please understand if you arrive with a child under the age of 12 without anyone to supervise them, we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment.
